SALES EXECUTIVES (CPT, DBN, JHB)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri08:00 – 17:00
Essential Criteria
•Matric
•Experience in any Sales position is advantageous
•Freight and Logistics Industry is advantageous
•Tertiary Education - Marketing and Sales related
•High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
•Solid team player
•Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with clients and staff
•Proven administrative ability
•Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work and handle pressure
•Ability to develop, monitor and maintain client information systems and procedure
•Able to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone with individuals and with a wide variety of organizations and audience and to research, analyze and interpret complex information and produce clear verbal and written reports
•Ability to contribute to the team
Personal Criteria
New Business development
•Prospecting for new business by cold calling and conducting progress visits to potential clients
•Preparing and presenting business proposals
•Conducting follow ups on client proposal submitted
•Monitoring all client applications, submitted for approval
Retention and Servicing
•Conducting regular client visits
•Maximizing client sales extensions
•Detecting client sales volume deterioration and applying corrective measures
•Building client relationships
